An ACTIVE SprintUPSC account is one where the user logs in regularly and has logged in to the SprintUPSC Account within the last 6 months from the date of calculation.
AN INACTIVE SprintUPSC account is one where a user has not logged in to the SprintUPSC account for 6 consecutive months.
For paid users, SprintUPSC shall retain user data during the term an account is ACTIVE. However, The Company may alter this practice according to legal and business requirements.
For Free and Expired users with ACTIVE accounts, who have never paid for any plan, the company may allow only a certain number of latest tests to be saved in your account, and the older tests will keep getting deleted without backup as you keep taking more tests from the allowed free tests.
If you are a free or expired user and do not login to your SprintUPSC account for 6 consecutive months (that is - your account has become INACTIVE), the company is free to delete your account along with all the data without any intimation.
The pack/subscription expiry mentioned at the time of purchase is tentative and based on the forecasted exam dates. The company can reduce or increase the validity based on the official announcement and notification of the exam date made by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
By using SprintUPSC and/or by registration on SprintUPSC, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on SprintUPSC in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this Privacy Policy.

SprintUPSC tries to offer multiple payment modes to its customers for accepting payments which include debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI. However, this may change without notice as per any new laws, rules or legal conditions that may be implemented.
