Do not worry, if you are using Gmail, chances are the OTP email has gone to the Promotions folder. If you are using any other email service, please check other folders including Spam. If you are still unable to register, please write to us at contact@sprintupsc.com and we will help you out.

If you are a free user, please note that all books and topics mentioned as ‘Pro” are part of the paid subscription. You can check our pricing plans and upgrade to the one that suits you to access all books and topics. In case you are a paid user, and you have just subscribed, please logout and login again or try clearing your app cache. Still, if you face issues, please go to the Support section and send us a note from there or else you can email us at contact@sprintupsc.com and we will do all we can to help you out.

The Daily Challenge is streamlined to pick up one random question from each of the topics from our magnanimous question bank and help act as a flashcard fact-check or note for you. The results of the daily challenge will have all the answers and explanations you need, in detail.

Yes, you can. Please feel free to enjoy the features and the platform for free. However, for serious preparation and best use of our platform, we recommend subscribing a plan.

Once your account expires from a paid plan, all your old tests will remain visible until your account is ACTIVE, however, you will not be able to create new tests from topics/books until you renew your subscription to the latest available plans. An account is termed INACTIVE if it is not logged in for 6 consecutive months. If you do not login to your SprintUPSC account for 6 consecutive months, the company is free to delete your account along with all the data without any intimation.

Study mode helps you attempt a test question by question. You can create a test in study mode, and see the answer and explanation right after attempting each question. This is a unique way of practising and learning that many aspirants have found very useful. In fact, it is one of the most asked for features by our beta users, and we listen to our users.

Yes, you can use all features as a free user except that you will have access to limited data (topics and books) and you cannot enjoy our rewards programme through SprintCoins. You can try all features and when you decide this platform would help you sail through, we highly recommend upgrading to the Pro version by subscribing to one of the plans. This helps us help you better.

Schedule tests are similar to Create tests that help you plan your preparation by setting milestones. You can create an entire test plan as per your own study schedule, from our vast set of topics/books and ensure that you are progressing in the right way in the right direction.

It is a number derived by complex calculations after analysing your performance in all subjects. It takes into consideration your scores, your topic coverage in each subject, your accuracy, the types of questions you have attempted (easy/medium/hard), etc. So it is basically a weighted average number of your ‘status’ on where you stand with your preparation for the UPSC Prelims. If you are in green, you’re good. If you’re in yellow, you’re moving there. Orange and red mean you really need to work harder.
Please note - The overall performance of a user will be updated only for ACTIVE Pro/Subscribed/Paid users, for ACTIVE expired users who were earlier Pro/Subscribed/Paid but have not purchased another subscription yet, and for Free users within their 5-Day trial period.

It is the percentage of coverage of all the topics by you from our database.

Yes, we keep adding more and more questions for you. We also keep upgrading and updating the platform to suit your needs as best as we can, trying to incorporate your feedback and comments.

If you’re a paid subscriber, you don’t have to pay anything extra to get access to the new questions we keep adding during your subscription period. You can simply keep using the platform as a Pro user, and all the new features and questions will be part of your package at no additional cost. If you are a Free/Expired user, you will need to purchase one the available latest subscriptions.

Your SprintUPSC account is ACTIVE if you regularly login to your SprintUPSC account and have logged in to your account within the last 6 months of the date of calculation. Your SprintUPSC account becomes INACTIVE if you do not login to your SprintUPSC account for 6 consecutive months.

If your SprintUPSC account becomes INACTIVE (that is - you do not login to your SprintUPSC account for 6 consecutive months), the company is free to delete your account along with all the data (including the tests taken by you, if any) without any intimation and without any backup. The account or tests cannot be restored and the user will have to signup again as a fresh user to use SprintUPSC.
